Properties on the site update every 20 minutes, giving users first access to market changes and the ability to set real time alerts, and giving NP Dodge agents a clear competitive advantage.
A More Personalized Search Experience
To better serve their different markets, the site now defaults to Nebraska or Iowa based on a user’s current location. Once a user clicks through to a property details page, they can toggle between Gallery and Map view, refine their search without having to leave the page, and have quick access to important calls-to-action.
Property Status Banners
Property banners have been added to listings on the search results page so users can easily view the status of a particular property. Banners appear for New, Priced Reduced and Sold listings, as well as Open Houses.
New Listings Counter
A New Listings Counter is available that updates the number of new listings that meet a user’s needs as they enter their desired criteria.
Effective Home Valuations
No one knows the local market better than a local agent. By showing the variances in national AVM estimates, and showing more accurate pricing through our Market Snapshot, users are encouraged to contact an NP Dodge agent for help on pricing their home effectively and competitively.
Single Scrolling Property Websites
Individual Property Websites(IPWs) now feature a one page design and layout. Without having to leave the page, users get easy access to photos, property information, neighborhood details and more. IPWs were designed with large, quality photography in mind and offer full-screen images in the photo gallery.
An enhanced IPW is available for luxury properties over $750,000. These sites place more emphasis on large photography, and offer a more elegant and sophisticated look and feel.
Rich Neighborhood Landing Pages
The completely redesigned neighborhood pages better showcase NP Dodge’s local expertise with rich content, data and photos, and helps boost SEO for key terms and local attractions.
Enhanced Neighborhood Data
We partnered with Maponics to provide better and more detailed neighborhood data to members. NP Dodge now offers neighborhood information for Population, Lifestyle, Commute, Housing, Safety Rating and Weather.
Marketing the Launch
NP Dodge worked hard behind the scenes to ensure the launch of their new site received maximum exposure. Along with internal marketing efforts to agents and staff, they decided to launch the site in time for the Super Bowl.
