Introducing the New Hasson.com!
We’re excited to announce that The Hasson Company recently launched their new site on our platform! A boutique firm serving Portland, Central Oregon and Southwest Washington, Hasson's goal is not to be the biggest, but the best real estate company in the Pacific Northwest. Equipped with experienced local agents and staff, and a website that offers the latest technology in the industry, they are able to maintain this commitment to providing the best service to their customers.
The new and improved hasson.com has a fresh look and feel with streamlined designs and a simplified navigation. It is also fully responsive, ensuring a consistent experience when interacting with the site no matter the device. The site encourages customers to explore the area’s thriving communities through video, photography, market data, comprehensive neighborhood information and much more.
Knowing that imagery plays an important role in the homebuying process, the new site boasts professional, high resolution photography. The homepage offers full-screen images of the surrounding area, neighborhood pages incorporate photos to help tell the story of the community, and the professional photography used on Hasson listings shows off each home’s unique attributes.
To coincide with the launch, Hasson created high quality videos that are incorporated throughout the site. As a user scrolls down the homepage, they are able to view a neighborhood video that showcases the vibrant communities they serve. A selection of neighborhood landing pages also feature videos that highlight the uniqueness of the area, and agents can easily incorporate video into their personal websites as well.
Understanding that video is also a great medium for informing users of all the new upgrades to their site, Hasson worked with the booj video department to create a TV ad that highlights key features of the new hasson.com.
Local Market Trends Available
Another major focus of Hasson’s redesign was the inclusion of local market data to help users get a better understanding of current home sale prices in the area. Showing the previous month’s data for properties in each neighborhood, users can easily see if homes in a particular area are declining or on the rise. Also included is data on the average days on market per neighborhood, percentage of asking price, and how many homes are currently for sale in the area.
Taking this one step further, Hasson offers market data on listings over one million dollars as well, so users can see at-a-glance the same local market stats for luxury listings.
A Focus on Community
For the new site, Hasson wanted to make sure their neighborhoods were well represented, so they expanded their previous communities into smaller, more focused neighborhood pages. The Hasson team worked hard to write content for each neighborhood in order to give readers a better feel for what life in a particular area would be like. They also added more photos and, as previously mentioned, incorporated video into each neighborhood page. Hasson expanded their Bend office coverage as well in order to better serve the growing market.
On all neighborhood pages, users can now find boundaries and contextual data through Hasson’s partnership with Maponics. Users visiting a neighborhood page will be able to see information regarding home sales in the area, including median sale price, average days on market and more. Users can also access important school data for the area such as district information, school ranking, and the teacher-to-student ratio.
Enhanced Agent Websites
To ensure a consistent experience across their entire site, agent websites were updated to reflect the new look and feel. All agent websites received the same core technology enhancements, keeping them on the cutting edge in their market!
Mobile Launch Party
Last, but certainly not least, Hasson used the launch of their new site as an opportunity to show off some of the new mobile technology coming soon! For their site launch, Hasson hosted office release parties where they showcased their new site through our interactive iBeacon mobile application, My RealTour.
Another app in our suite of agent tools, the My RealTour app allows you to simulate the feel of a self-guided tour at open houses and events. Through the app, Hasson was able to visually tell the story of their redesign with videos and content that explained all the new functionality available on hasson.com.
