7 Enterprise Network Members Make The SP200 List!

This week, Swanepoel released their annual Power 200 list of most powerful people in residential real estate. We’re thrilled to announce that several network members made the list! The SP200 is a research service that analyzes over 1,000 CEOs, senior executives and industry leaders based on their:

  • Personal influence

  • Industry tenure

  • Position within the company

  • Decision making power within the company

  • Financial resources of the company

  • Contribution to the industry

  • Geographic reach

  • And more

The goal is to recognize thought leaders that are on the leading edge and have made a significant impact on the residential real estate industry. The report is assembled by Stefan Swanepoel, author of the annual Swanepoel TRENDS Report and Swanepoel TECHNOLOGY Report for real estate.

We’d like to congratulate the following members on this great achievement:

Chris, along with his brother, Stephen Meyers, and sister, Nancy Seaman, acquired Houlihan Lawrence in 1990. As managing principal he heads the daily operations of this 25 office, 1,200 agent company, helping to grow it into the largest independently owned real estate brokerage in the Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties of New York.

After more than half a century she still manages the day-to-day operations of Texas' largest independent real estate brokerage.

Nancy Seaman, Chairman and CEO, at Houlihan Lawrence

Together with her brothers, Stephen and Chris Meyers, Nancy took control of the 125 year-old company in 1990, leading 1,100+ agents to sales of over $4.7 billion last year. The company's 26 offices cover the areas of Westchester, Fairfield, Putnam and Dutchess counties.
