Willis Allen Real Estate Launches New Site on Enterprise Platform

We are excited to announce that Willis Allen Real Estate recently launched their new site on our platform! Willis Allen Real Estate serves the San Diego market and is the go-to brokerage in the region for those interested in luxury homes.

The new site reflects the modern luxury market they serve with its full-screen professional photography, simplified navigation and clean design. Through the use of photography, Willis Allen Real Estate can better showcase the lifestyle of the communities they serve. All Willis Allen Real Estate listings receive professional photography as well to highlight each home’s unique attributes and to give users a sneak peek into what it would be like to live in the home.



Focusing on the needs of their customers, we took a mobile-first approach when developing the site to ensure it looks and performs optimally across the varying devices and screen sizes. With a fully-responsive site, Willis Allen Real Estate can broaden their reach to the increasing number of mobile users visiting their site.

The homepage highlights several other features and tools that are important to homebuyers and sellers. It offers an agent showcase that rotates photos of their agents, and offers quick access to market stats for customers interested in selling their home. Customized Search Results Based on A User’s Individual Needs

Members may recall hearing a sneak peek about this feature during #ENCON2015. Jon Joseph of UseUX took the stage to discuss how big data is being implemented on our sites and the impact it will have on creating a better user experience. One such example he mentioned was Willis Allen Real Estate’s implementation of custom search results on their property details pages.

We’re so excited that we can now officially announce this new functionality to the masses!

When it comes to buying a home, there are a lot of factors that influence a buyer’s decision. These could range from the number of beds and baths in a home — your standard search fields — or it could be much more specific like whether or not the home has a pool or parking spaces.

Our new dynamic search results gives Willis Allen Real Estate the ability to use the information that a user enters into their search criteria to customize their search results to show that information. In addition to the standard fields that are shown on search results, a user can now see the results from filters they chose in their search.



Taking that one step further, users can sort their search results by these features. So if the number of parking spaces is important to a user — and they selected that on their initial search — they can now sort their results, selecting to view homes with the highest number of parking spaces first.



All of this helps create a more personalized and efficient search experience for that user, increasing the chances they’ll want to return to Willis Allen Real Estate for their home buying needs.

Willis Allen Real Estate is a proud member of Christie’s International Real Estate, and therefore, wanted to give prominent placement to international searches for properties on their site.
